- Cada una de las entidades ofrecerá una ponencia de diez minutos y dispondrá de un estand para que los asistentes puedan interactuar directamente.
La adhesión a un Sistema Colectivo de Responsabilidad Ampliada del Productor (SCRAP) es ya una obligación para todas las empresas que comercializan productos con envases o embalajes en España.
La Feria de los SCRAPs pretende que el tejido empresarial pueda conocer las diferentes opciones para ajustarse al nuevo marco legal: El Real Decreto 1055/2022 de Envases y residuos de envases obliga a las empresas a organizar y financiar la gestión de residuos de los envases industriales y comerciales puestos en el mercado. Para dar respuesta a esta necesidad existen y están surgiendo Sistemas de Responsabilidad Ampliada del Productor (SCRAP) para acompañar a las compañías en el cumplimiento de estos requisitos legales.
Así, en el evento del día 13 de febrero, cada una de los SCRAPs dispondrá de diez minutos para presentarse y tendrán estands para que los asistentes puedan ampliar información. El evento es gratuito previa inscripción.
