El Cluster de Envase y Embalaje se constituye como una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que ejecutará cuantas acciones considere convenientes para la consecución de sus fines.

La Asociación se rige por las normas contenidas en sus Estatutos, Reglamento de Régimen Interior, por los acuerdos válidamente adoptados por la Asamblea General, Junta Directiva y demás órganos de gobierno y administración, sometiéndose a la Ley 1/2002 de 22 de marzo reguladora del Derecho de Asociación.

Además, podrán asistir los miembros honoríficos del Cluster, con voz y sin voto.
